CC Beach Front Papagayo welcomes guests traveling with their pets. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our clients, please consider the following requirements to enjoy the company of your pet during your stay at the hotel.

RESERVATION AND BEHAVIOR

 

1. Pets must be registered at the time of reservation or during check-in. A valid vaccination record will be required.

2.  All pets must display appropriate behavior to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests, children, and other animals

 

3.  Only dogs and cats are allowed, as they are recognized by national regulations as companion animals.

 

USE OF FACILITIES

 

4.  Pets must always remain on a leash, in a carrier, or with a muzzle (if necessary) in all common areas, and under the supervision of a responsible adult.

 

5.  Owners are responsible for providing everything necessary for their pets (towels, bed, food, etc.) and for collecting and disposing of waste in the designated containers.

 

6.  Food and beverage areas: 
   - According to the Ministry of Health, pets are not allowed in restaurants, cafeterias, buffets, or food preparation areas, unless a      special sanitary permit has been granted. 
   - If authorized, pets may only remain in designated external areas and may not be held in arms when receiving food. 
   - Feeding pets with buffet food is prohibited. 
   - At Santa Rosa Restaurant, pets are strictly prohibited.

 

7.  Pets may remain in outdoor areas near the pool, but they are not allowed to enter the water.

 

8.  The hotel has designated areas for walking pets. Please use them and keep them clean at all times.

 

OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

 

9.  Pets must not be left alone in rooms or vehicles; they must always be supervised.

10. If any situation is observed that endangers the health of the pet, the hotel may notify the relevant authorities.

 

11. Both owners and the hotel must comply with animal health and welfare regulations.

SAFETY AND EMERGENCIES 

12. The hotel has emergency protocols for incidents involving pets, as well as insurance policies; all staff has been trained accordingly.

SANCTIONS

13. In case of non-compliance, the hotel may apply internal corrective measures (additional cleaning or damage charges, restricted access, or guest removal).

14. Non-compliance with national regulations may result in fines, suspension or cancellation of the sanitary permit, closure of the establishment, and even prosecution for disobedience to authority.
